Delivery Time (India): Orders received are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Saturday 9 A.M-5 P.M, excluding holidays within India. During holiday season, we highly recommend that you place your order at least 5 days in advance to have sufficient time for delivery.

Please note, return shipping charges are to borne by customer only.

All products are shipped via reputed international courier service companies such as DHL, DTDC, PROFESSIONAL and FEDEX various other renowned shipping companies that are reliable.

Kaushi Collections provides Free Shipping within India on orders value above Rs. 1000/-, and there will be a shipping charge of Rs. 50/- if the order value is less than Rs. 1000/- for the shipments to be delivered within India.

Kaushi Collections encourage the customers to provide complete mailing address along with the contact number/s for delivering the products on time.

Kaushi Collections strives to dispatch all the orders within 48 hours (excluding holidays, Saturday and Sunday) once the order is placed.

We are not liable for any delays caused due to incomplete address listings. In case of re-shipment of the same order, customers are responsible to pay the re-shipping charges and any other related fines/penalties.

International Orders: At Kaushi Collections Shipping Rates are subsidized and are comparatively much lower than what the shipping companies usually charge for international shipments. It takes 5-10 working days for delivery from the date of dispatch.

We strive to offer our shoppers/customers the lowest shipping charges possible.

Please note that the shipping companies will determine the shipping charges based on the weight of the parcel.

For international orders, in case of returns, shipping charges are to be borne by customer only.

At the time of delivery, if you areĀ  un-available to receive the parcel, the courier company will get in touch with you to arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their office. Incase if you have provided the office address, due to security reasons products may get delivered at the security desk itself, so kindly make sure you (are aware of) check with the security desk people.

We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcel, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

For international deliveries, please note that the courier company would bill any kind of customs or duties if applicable for the items ordered separately to the customer at the time of delivery which will depend on the rules and regulations of the country. The taxes and duties are not included in the price of the product. Please note that, taxes and duties if any are to be borne be by the customer only.
